SERVICE AGREEMENT
Terms & Conditions:
Thank you for choosing SolarShield for your solar panel cleaning & care services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they form the agreement between you and SolarShield.
By reading this form you are confirming your booking and allowing us to perform the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
No signature or 10 day waiting period is required before services.

1. Service Provided: We provide solar panel cleaning, solar pigeon proofing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and general maintenance services. The specific services booked will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

2. Appointment Confirmation & Timing:

Your appointment is confirmed once you accept these Terms and Conditions and schedule a service date.

There is no 10-day waiting period after booking or knocking the job; services may be scheduled and performed promptly as agreed.

Please ensure access to the property during the service.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Payment:

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, credit & debit card, direct deposit & BNPL.

Any additional work requested beyond the original agreement will be quoted and billed separately.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

Ensure work areas are accessible and clear of obstacles.

Inform us of any special requirements, hazards, or pets.
-
Notify us of any relevant structural or safety issues prior to service.

5. Service Guarantees:

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can promptly address your concerns.

If the service does not meet your expectations, we will appoint an independent third-party quality assurance verifier to assess the work.

Should the verifier determine that the service did not meet the agreed standards, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost until those standards are met.

However, if the verifier confirms that the service meets the required standards, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the quality assurance verification.
6. Liability:

We perform all work professionally and safely.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by factors outside our control, including weather or property conditions.

7. Property Damage:

While we take care, we are not responsible for damage to fragile items unless caused by our negligence.

Please secure or remove valuables before service, this also includes washing that may be on the line.

8. Health & Safety:

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel services if conditions are unsafe.
-
We also have the right to postpone or cancel services if we are feeling unwell, too hot or cold.

9. Privacy:

Your personal information will be used solely to provide and communicate about our services.

Your property may be used as advertising or marketing material without your permission, although we will not use any personal information, addresses or being filmed without your consent.

10. Governing Law:
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
By proceeding with the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without the need for a signature.
